These terms define how Snaptics should be used and set clear expectations around local screenshot search, OCR, source links, widgets, overlays, cleaner suggestions, deletion flows, and subscriptions.

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Snaptics mobile app. By downloading, accessing, or using Snaptics, users agree to these terms.

2. What Snaptics does

Snaptics helps users import, index, search, organize, annotate, pin, and clean up screenshots or selected images. The app can detect OCR text, QR and barcode payloads, dates, links, source URLs, tags, notes, and cleaner suggestions.

3. User responsibility

Snaptics is an organization and productivity tool only. Users are responsible for reviewing extracted text, detected actions, source URLs, dates, cleaner suggestions, widget pins, and deletion choices before relying on them.

4. OCR and detection accuracy

OCR, barcode scanning, duplicate grouping, date detection, source metadata, and cleaner suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by image quality, language, layout, lighting, device capability, and platform permissions.

5. Deletions and local data

Users are responsible for confirming deletion decisions. Deleting Snaptics app data, imported copies, or cleaner records may remove local Snaptics records. Deleting original media from the photo library requires platform-supported confirmation where available.

6. Local-first storage risks

Snaptics is designed to keep core screenshot records local on the user's device. If a device is lost, damaged, reset, shared, compromised, or not backed up according to the user's preferences, local Snaptics records may be lost or exposed.

7. Snaptics Pro subscriptions

Snaptics may include free limits and paid Pro features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, may renew automatically, and can be managed or cancelled through the user's store account.

8. Acceptable use

Users may only store, process, and manage screenshots or images they own or are legally authorized to use. Users must not use Snaptics to store illegal content, impersonate others, violate privacy rights, or misuse captured information.

9. Changes and availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Snaptics. Features can vary by platform, operating system version, device capability, permissions, subscription status, and store availability.

Snaptics is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Evyx AI disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and error-free OCR, scanning, widgets, or cleaner suggestions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Evyx AI is not liable for missed opportunities, expired coupons, missed events, deleted screenshots, lost local records, inaccurate OCR, failed widgets, notification failures, device issues, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Snaptics.
